Whether you want to try a taste of New Orleans or prefer to travel the globe in bold flavors, there is a food choice to satisfy every and any craving.

Celebrated now through March 28, Universal Orlando Mardi Gras 2021 is a food lover’s dream. For anyone who has been experiencing wanderlust, the journey across the world in food is quite satisfying. If you want to get a “stamp” for each of those food experiences, you could create your own festival passport.

While all the dishes look quite tasty, a few classics are back again. From the crawfish boil to the always popular beignets, those New Orleans favorites bring smiles every time.

What new dishes are coming to Universal Orlando Mardi Gras 2021?

Since this year’s event celebrates a carnaval of international flavors, a few dishes can push guests food experiences. From the Pernil and Mofongo from Puerto Rico to Paella Mixta from Spain and even a Moqueca de Camarao from Brazil, the various dishes have bold, creative flavors but have a similar theme.
