bubly bounce brings a little kick of caffeine to your refreshment
Ready to pop open a new beverage flavor, bubly bounce? The popular bubly sparkling water is adding a caffeinated option to its line of beverages. Now, that little kick of caffeine can put a little more accent in your day. Even Michael Bublé agrees.
When bubly launched, it sought to bring a smile to that sparkling beverage drinking experience. From the cute sayings on the can to the effervescent flavors, each bubly can brought fun and excitement to sparkling water.
The new bubly bounce is the brand’s first caffeinated beverage. Recent beverage trends show that caffeine infused drinks are becoming more popular. Instead of just energy drinks, brands are looking to infuse that little extra kick into the people’s favorite beverages.
Zach Harris, Vice President, Water Portfolio at PepsiCo Beverages North America, said “As more individuals seek out sparkling waters with added benefits, bubly bounce delivers all of the delicious flavor and hydration of the original, now with just a kick of caffeine.”
With the bubly bounce, there is 35 mg of caffeine in a 12 oz can. While it is a little boost, it isn’t extreme. In some ways, it is less than a traditional cup of coffee. Again, it is a little kick that can be the effervescent, refreshing boost.
Since Michael Bublé has become the face of bubly, it makes sense that he would join in the announcement for the new beverage. Even though he might want to put an accent on everything, one sip could make you feel a little more pep in your step.
Although the caffeine boost is exciting, the flavor combinations will drive people to stock their refrigerator with these bubly beverages. The flavor combinations are: “mango passion fruit, triple berry, blood orange grapefruit, citrus cherry and blueberry pomegranate.” These flavors are a slightly more bold than traditional bubly flavors like lime, blackberry and strawberry.
While everyone will have a favorite, the most intriguing combination is the citrus cherry. Not too many beverage brands make this flavor combination. In some ways, it is almost like that cherry lemonade that is perfectly refreshing in the summer. With just the right amount of pucker and sweet, it could be the most popular flavor option.
These new bubly bounce beverages could be an afternoon pick me up or just an anytime drink. Additionally, the flavor combinations lend themselves to all types of beverage creativity. From mocktails to cocktails, the options are many.
The new bubly bounce is available at various retailers. It is sold in 16 oz cans as well as 24-packs of 12 oz cans. According to bubly, “12oz. can of bubly bounce contains 35 mg of caffeine, while a 16oz. single serve can contains 47 mg of caffeine.”
