Ready to accept this food mission? Pym Test Kitchen is one of the restaurants within the Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park. While many Marvel fans will be searching for every Easter egg and special find throughout the Marvel-themed theme park experience, the tasty bites from this Disney restaurant should top the must try list.

Opening on June 4, 2021, Pym Test Kitchen is Ant-Man and The Wasp themed, which is obvious for Marvel fans. The Pym Particles, with their shrink and grow technology, have influenced the food menu for this particular quick service restaurant.

From the first glance, it is clear that decor borrows from that grow aspect of the Pym Particles. Whether it is larger than life size condiment bottles to huge soda cans that would quench anyone’s thirst, the visuals are what fans expect from Disney Parks. It takes the concept out of the Marvel imagination and transforms it into the real world experience.

What can guests expect from the Pym Test Kitchen menu?

According to Disney Parks, the Pym Test Kitchen menu will incorporate food science. Given the theme, it makes sense that Disney chefs will try to push the food boundaries a little without stepping too far into the unknown.

The menu will play on the diminutive and gigantic opposites. Even the same menu items will have both a huge and a tiny option.

For example, the Pym-ini will be offered as either a slice or a long, multi-portion sandwich. The toasted focaccia includes meats, cheese and a marinara sauce for dipping.

Since Disney Parks are always looking to include plant-based food options on its menu, the Impossible Plant-based meatballs are a featured food choice. Served with both a large spoon and a tiny fork, this menu option continues the Pym Particles theme.

Lastly, the Pym Test Kitchen features an iconic Avenger beverage. The Pingo Doce, yes that green beverage, will be on the menu. It should pair nicely with all the food choices.
