While it always seems that the cereal bowl is ready for a new cereal offering, the iconic cereal brand proves that both new and favorite cereals deserve a spot in the pantry. From breakfast to dinner to even cereal snacking, it seems that there is always a reason to enjoy another bowl. While a few classic options will always have space on the pantry shelves, the reality is that new offerings often pique people’s interests.

Recently, General Mills announced that it was bringing two limited edition cereals and adding three new permanent flavors. While one classic brand gets an out of this world twist another one will have people ready to answer the call.

Lucky Charms Galactic

While Lucky Charms are always magically delicious, the new Lucky Charms Galactic flavor is out of this world. These planet and rocket charms are ready to blast off to space. Although eating a bowl might not earn a seat on the next Dragon capsule, this space themed cereal can help anyone have a boost to the day.

The Lucky Charms Galactic will be available starting in April and will retail for $4.99 and $3.99 depending on size.

Ghostbusters cereal

While you might not get slimed with this cereal, the bowl will be filled with some ectoplasm-shaped marshmallows. Don’t worry, the Stay Puft Marshmallow man is ok with you enjoying this treat. He’s not related to those marshmallows.

The Ghostbusters cereal will be available by mid-April. Boxes will have a suggested retail price of $3.99 and $2.50, based on size.

Dulce de Leche Toast Crunch

Who doesn’t love Cinnamon Toast Crunch? This limited-edition flavor has now become permanent. The caramel flavor with the sweetness is too good not to enjoy a second bowl. Plus, that cereal milk is worth savoring.

The flavor is available now with a suggested retail price of $4.99 or $3.99, depending on size.

Apple Cinnamon Chex

Launched in collaboration with Chrissy Teigen and Cravings, this Apple Cinnamon Chex flavor has tremendous possibilities beyond the traditional cereal bowl. From Teigen’s Apple Pie inspired recipes to snack mixes to even a crust for baking, there are too many options to list. This cereal is a summertime must have.

Available by the end of April, boxes will retail for $5.00 and $3.79 respectively.

Cheerios Oat Crunch, Almond

For people who want a little extra crunch in the cereal bowl, this Cheerios flavor is a must. The sliced almonds add that flavor and texture to each bite. With nine vitamins and minerals, this cereal is a great way to start the say.

Available now, the Large Size is $4.79 and the Family Size is $4.99.
