Anheuser-Busch celebrates the beginning of summer with a huge event
As one season transforms to another, there is a reason to celebrate. Anheuser-Busch will host “Reventón de Verano” (Summer Blowout) on Sunday, May 2 from 6:00-9:00 PM ET. The virtual event celebrates Hispanic culture, music, and community.
In the past year, virtual events have been a way for people to stay connected. Even if the zoom fatigue might have set in, the reality is people have and will continue to find ways to connect. Whether it is rediscovering an appreciation for culture or celebrating the things that bring joy to life, that screen has been a window to the world.
With the Reventón de Verano, Anheuser-Busch brings together entertainers and celebrities in an engaging livestream festival that will make everyone excited for the months ahead. Whether it is the tantalizing rhythms from the performances to the glimpse into people’s lives, this event is one to watch.
For the brand, this event is about making connections. In a few hours, the hope is to not only bring a moment of happiness but to inspire others to embrace their passions.
Marcel Marcondes, CMO, Anheuser Busch said, “Reventón de Verano is a great example of how we can use the power of our incredible portfolio to continue to reinvent the way our brands show up in people’s lives. I hope the show provides a fun opportunity for 21+ friends and family to come together over a beer, seltzer, or cocktail and enjoy the incredible performances!”
Hosted by Lele Pons and AJ Ramos, the star-studded event includes performances by Maluma, Prince Royce, Myke Towers, Becky G, Mon Laferte, Sofia Reyes and Lupita Infante. In addition, Eva Longoria will share some tasty recipes during her Stella Sessions.
Each of the performances is a collaboration with an Anheuser-Busch brand. From Maluma’s continued partnership with Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold to Sofia Reyes showcasing the tradition of Estrella Jalisco, each performance connects to that cultural store.
While the music is a main part of this event, the stories behind the performances and the performers keep viewers engaged. It is a way to see how people and cultures are related. Even if a viewer might not take center stage in this way, the stories being told might be similar to their own world. In some ways, it shows how interrelated many people are.
The special event begins on May 2 at 6 p.m. EST. Everyone is encouraged to register at ReventonLive.com. During the special event, attendees have the ability to win prizes.
