After earning the victory before, The Great Food Truck Race All Stars premiere has the food truck competition heating up. When all the food truck teams know what it means to succeed, every decision can and does make a difference in the final tally. Which team has to turn in their keys on the first episode?

According to the Food Network, The Great Food Truck Race premiere, “Welcome Back, Winners” features the following:

"Seven incredible food truck teams assemble at Fisherman’s Wharf in the food capital of the United States, San Francisco, to do battle as Great Food Truck Race All-Stars. Host Tyler Florence challenges the food trucks — Aloha Plate, The Middle Feast, Seoul Sausage, The Lime Truck, Waffle Love, NOLA Creations and Mystikka Masala — to complete a special bread bowl challenge to uncover the keys to their trucks. The teams head out to shop and sell for the first day of the intense competition. When these best-of-the-best teams face off, a small decision has huge consequences and sends one all-star team home."

While all seven food trucks are quite different, they do have one thing in common. They can adapt and pivot to the challenge. Although a bread bowl challenge might not be on the menu in most situations, they will find a way to earn those keys.

The Fisherman’s Wharf location will be a hard one. Even though there might be many people who want to enjoy the food from these Food Network stars, there might have to make some hard choices. Will personality or enticing menu drive their decisions?

Looking at the seven food trucks, each one has their strengths and weaknesses. While Mystikka Masala has a big personality, NOLA Creations delivers bold flavors. When the best of the best compete, each and every decision matters. Even if that decision might not seem huge at the time, it could have a big ripple effect.
