Reese’s Super King brings candy sharing to a whole new level
With the new Reese’s Super King the excuse of not sharing one of those iconic peanut butter cups is off the table. Although there are a few occasions when it is ok to be “not sorry” about enjoying that iconic candy, the holiday season is about sharing. If you want to ensure a place on the nice list, this new candy option might be a ticket to top billing.
For many people, enjoying a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup is one of life’s simple pleasures. From the moment the wrapper is peeled away from the chocolate ridges to the first nibble to reveal the peanut butter center, there is nothing more simply perfect than this Reese’s candy.
Even though the brand has expanded its flavors beyond the traditional peanut butter and chocolate and has even offered a myriad of shapes beyond that circle, the classic, traditional candy is and will always be en vogue.
Why does Reese’s Super King prove bigger is better?
Although the movie mantra of greed is good might be overrated, the notion of bigger being better is always a topic of conversation. Instead of the gluttony overwhelming that special food enjoyment, it could be time to take the bigger into more reasonable bites. More importantly, it isn’t it time to share with friends?
With the new Reese’s Super King, the offering is about sharing. Even if some candy lovers will take the challenge of eating the whole package in a single serving, the reality is that this candy is about sharing with others. Just like that classic phrase, sharing candy is caring.
According to Allen Dark, senior manager of Reese’s brand, “We’re always looking for ways to give our fans more of what they love – which happens to be more Reese’s. Reese’s Super King size is our largest, most shareable package of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups yet. Now you don’t need to worry about sneaking your Reese’s cups when your friends are around.”
The new Reese’s Super King will be hitting stores soon. The package features six peanut butter cups and measures 12 inches. Although kids might not want to use this item as a measurement in math class, it could be a sweet reward for a job well done on that mid-term.
What do you think of the new Reese’s Super King? What other candy would you like to see in a super sized, sharable package?
