While parts of the U.S. might be buried under snow and facing frigid temperatures, foodies flock to Miami for the 2022 South Beach Wine and Food Festival. From favorite Food Network chefs to the culinary elite, the beautiful beaches become the backdrop to some of the best bites in the world. For those people ready to satisfy their hunger, the events are waiting to be enjoyed.

The annual Food Network and Cooking Channel event is one of the most highly anticipated food festivals. With so many events filling the February 24 through February 27 timeframe, it could make foodies wish for more hours in the day.

While the event seeks to eat, drink and educate, the annual celebration is a feast for foodies. From elevated dinners to large scale competitive events, the celebrity chefs have curated a time that will be remembered long after the tan fades.

One of the highly anticipated events is the new Coke Zero Sugar presents Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives LIVE hosted by Guy Fieri. Given that Fieri has been a stalwart supporter of the restaurant industry’s recovery, this event is a lovely way to showcase restaurants in a new light. With 25 eateries on display, it could spur guests to take a trip to some hidden gems.

Other annual favorite events are returning. The always popular Burger Bash is back. As the chefs compete for burger supremacy, it will be interesting to see which burger takes the big prize. In some ways, this event gives some insight on the best burger trends that everyone will be craving.

Each and every event showcases not only amazing food but the chefs that foodies have come to admire. From Aaron Sanchez hosting Tequila Cazadores Tacos event to Absolut’s Drag Brunch, there is no shortage of fun to be had.

More importantly, the event raises funds and awareness for the hospitality industry. With over $31 million raised over the years, the fun and frivolity doesn’t overshadow the good that it does for the various charities.
