One thing that Cheetos fans appreciate is Cheetle. The tell-tale sign of a Cheeto lover is the orange-tinged hands. While no one wants to leave that orange mark on a shirt, couch or evidence anywhere, it can sometimes be inevitable. Maybe the perfect solution is the Cheetos Hands Free House.

Over the years, much has been said about that Cheetle. From the “don’t touch this” commercial to Mila Kunis asserting it wasn’t me, everyone has had that moment. But, times are changing. Could there be a hands-free zone?

In the latest Cheetos campaign, it explores the innovation that has become a hands free world.

As Stacy Taffet, senior vice president of marketing, Frito-Lay North America said, “This campaign playfully dares our fans to ask the question – did Cheetle inspire hands-free technology?” While the true inspiration of a hands free world might be circumstance, kismet or something else, the reality is that people appreciate innovation. From the simple robot vacuum to an automated world, there is a more efficient way to do things.

During the upcoming SXSW event, the Cheetos Hands Free House will be open for guests to explore. The concept showcases how a hands free world can change how people live. Beyond the voice recognition items, the smudge free remotes and other technology should spark a conversation.

While the idea is both exciting and even a little bit intimidating, the reality is that the future is here. More and more people are finding solutions to become more efficient. Sometimes it is better to work smarter, not harder.

For those in the Austin area, they can visit the Hands-Free House at 1209 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702. The event is open from March 12 through March 15 and is free to the public.

Whether or not hands free technology spurred from those Cheetle hands might never be truly answered but that maybe everyone is a little more grateful for the experience.
