Smashburger is serving a special hand-spun S’mores milkshake for August. Made with Häagen Dazs ice cream and Ghirardelli chocolate, the quality ingredients elevate the campfire classic. Plus, no one has to worry about that burnt sugar smell from the campfire.

The Toasted S’mores Martini is perfectly indulgent. From the flavored vodka to the Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, it hits that sweet note. But, the addition of the Kahlua adds a little nuance to keep the cocktail from being too sweet. Plus, a toasted, golden brown marshmallow garnish is the crowning achievement.

Here’s how to make a Toasted S’mores Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
  • .75 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • .75 oz Kahlua
  • .75 oz Half & Half
  • Garnish: Chocolate, graham cracker, toasted marshmallow

Steps

  • Add ice and soda water to a martini glass to chill.
  • Add vodka, liqueur and half & half to a shaker tin with ice. Shake.
  • Set shaker tin aside, remove ice and soda from glass and rim with chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Strain the drink into the prepared glass and top with skewered toasted marshmallow.
