Returning to his Las Vegas roots, Guy Fieri has partnered with Horseshoe Las Vegas to create an over the top food and sports venue. Set to open in the summer of 2023, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen will draw large crowds to cheer for all the action.

Recently, Horseshoe Las Vegas began a transformation across the property. From refreshing the casino floor to updating the façade, the Caesars Resorts Entertaiment property is looking to its food and beverage offerings to draw even more guests. From the recently opened Jack Binion’s Steak to the upcoming M.Y. Asia by Chef Martin Yan, the changes show that food and beverage is key to attracting a larger audience.

The new Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen continues the celebrated chef and restaurateur’s partnership with Caesars Entertainment. Currently, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ Hotel + Experience and El Burro Borracho at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino delight guests with some of Fieri’s signature dishes and style.

With the new Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen, the venue will ensure that sports fans can see all the action. Whether sitting at 360-degree island bar or in the MVP lounge, the numerous LED screens will project everything and anything that the sports fan will want to see.

As Fieri commented, “Like I always say, ‘Go Big or Go Home,’ and that’s exactly what we’re doin’ now by bringing Flavortown Sports Kitchen to Vegas, baby! Between my days as a UNLV Runnin’ Rebel, my flagship Guy’s Vegas at The LINQ and El Burro Borracho, Las Vegas is my second home. It’s about time we plant the Flavortown flag at the Horseshoe to create the best place to eat, drink, watch sports and bet in the city. Let’s go!”

Although the menu for this new venue has not been revealed, it will feature some of Fieri’s bold flavors and over the top creations. Beyond infamous choices like Trash Can Nachos, the sports venue should have traditional favorites with a little twist. And, maybe one or two of the food choices will pair well with a Santos Spirits cocktail.

This restaurant addition to the Caesars Entertainment portfolio represents two recent trends for the company. First, celebrity chefs are a big draw. As seen with the recent opening of Dominique Ansel’s bakery and the upcoming Chris Santos restaurant, diners seek out the recognizable names. While shareable moment might be the first impression, it is the impeccable flavors that bring them back for another taste.

Second, sports and Las Vegas are becoming even more intertwined. While the Raiders have brought NFL fans to the Strip, it is only one aspect to the booming sports scene. From the bustling sports books to the upcoming Formula 1 race, sports are as big a draw as other entertainment options.

For now, guests await the opening of Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen. That old saying about what happens in Vegas might need a modification. It might need to reference voracious appetite when in Vegas.
