With the first crack of the bat, baseball fans are ready to cheer for every run long into the fall. Aramark Sports + Entertainment revealed the menus for its supported MLB Stadiums. Across the locations, one element brings them all together. These food and beverage offerings put the fans first.
Over the years, food offerings at sporting venues have become more sophisticated. The iconic hot dog will always be there, but the ingredients are more than just meat with some simple condiments.
Aramark Sports + Entertainment MLB partners include Fenway Park (Boston Red Sox), Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia Phillies), Coors Field (Colorado Rockies), Oracle Park (San Francisco Giants), Citi Field (New York Mets), Daikin Park (Houston Astros), Kauffman Stadium (Kansas City Royals), and PNC Park (Pittsburgh Pirates). Each of the stadium offerings have a common denominator. The food and beverages give fans what they crave.
As Alison Birdwell, President and CEO of Aramark Sports + Entertainment explained, “MLB Opening Day and the start of the baseball season is always one of the most exciting times on our calendar. As the guest experience is our top priority, this past offseason we took a deep dive into analyzing consumer purchasing behaviors to ensure we have the best idea of what our fans want. Based on the insights we found, we created innovative menu offerings that cater to our fans while also introducing fresh, exciting and dynamic flavors. We’re thrilled to kick off the 2025 MLB season with the launch of these culinary creations, all designed to elevate the fan experience across all eight of our MLB venues.”
A few highlights from Aramark Sports + Entertainment 2025 MLB menus
Citi Field (New York Mets) “Pulled” BBQ Jackfruit
Vegan options are essential for stadiums. Long gone are the days of the dry puck of a vegetarian burger. The Pulled BBQ Jackfruit feels hearty. From the vegan pretzel bun to the barbecue flavor, even the most ardent carnivore will be excited to enjoy this meal.
Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia Phillies) Kyle’s Cutlets
The Kyle’s Cutlets is a chicken sandwich that would be the star of any restaurant menu. The chicken is topped with creamy burrata, crispy fried pepperoni, and arugula. Served with hot honey sauce, the ingredient combination hits every flavor note. Additionally, sale of the sandwich benefit Schwarber's Neighborhood Heroes.
Coors Field (Colorado Rockies)
While some people might be sipping on a Blue Moon at the game, the Dessert Nachos are replacing that Cracker Jack as a seventh inning sweet treat. The combination of fresh berries, sugar, and caramel is the perfect ending to a fun filled day.
Daikin Park (Houston Astros) H-Town Hot Chicken Loaded Fries
Who doesn’t love loaded fries? The combination of fried chicken, H-Town Hot Sauce, hot honey aioli, and ranch makes every bite saucy sensation. No one will want to share this order.
Kauffman Stadium (Kansas City Royals) Sluggerrr Dog
The Sluggerrr Dog is a great example of and over the top sausage. Featuring chorizo, the meat is topped with Manchego, tempura batter, Doritos Cool Ranch crust, and avocado aioli. The combination of textures and flavors score a home run.
Fenway Park (Boston Red Sox) Soup Shack
As many baseball fans know, some early days in the season can be chilly. The Soup Shack will feature Clam Chowder, Broccoli Cheddar, and Lobster Bisque. Bread bowl options are available, too.
Oracle Park (San Francisco Giants) Rah Rah Ramen
The San Francisco location will feature Rah Rah Ramen and everyone will be happy to slurp all game long. Menu choices include Miso Ramen and Shoyu Ramen.
PNC Park (Pittsburgh Pirates) Polish Cannonball
Another over the top sausage offering, the Polish Cannonball might need a big appetite to eat it all. The dish features “egg noodles, kielbasa, cabbage, bacon, cheddar cheese, and herb crema dip.” Just make sure to grab some extra napkins.
These food items are just a few of the many offerings across the MLB stadiums. Additionally, there are fan collectibles and other specialty offerings.
