Brach’s Easter Brunch Jelly Beans have adults asking for their own basket full
While the bunny might fill hidden eggs and baskets with the classic springtime candy, the new Brach’s Easter Brunch Jelly Beans have adults taking notice. Everyone will be on the hunt for an extra bag of this seasonal sweet treat.
Even though some people crave a chocolate and peanut egg or a hollow chocolate bunny in their basket, jelly beans have become synonymous with springtime celebrations. Brach’s, America's number one seasonal sugar candy brand, has and continues to be a leader in the jelly beans space. From classic flavors to innovative creations, the colorful, sugary treats are always front and center.
This year, Brach’s has been inspired by the brunch table for its newest offering. The Easter Brunch Jelly Beans come in six flavors: Blueberry Maple Pancake, Chocolate Glazed Donut, Mimosa, Caramel Cold Brew, Cinnamon Roll and Berry Smoothie.
Speaking to the latest offering, Lauren Pezza, Director of BRACH'S and Seasonal Marketing at Ferrara Candy Company said, “For more than a century, BRACH'S Jelly Beans have been fostering sweet, springtime connections across generations, and there's no better way to celebrate the season than with our new BRACH'S Easter Brunch Jelly Beans. Whether you plan to host or attend a brunch, add to an Easter basket, use to fill eggs, or simply indulge in the fun flavors right out of the bag, BRACH'S new Easter Brunch Jelly Beans deliver a unique flavor experience that is best shared together. We look forward to seeing how consumers choose to enjoy their favorite BRACH'S Jelly Beans this season!"
Looking at these flavors it will be interesting to see if people look to some creative applications with the candies. While many people transform those sugary marshmallow treats into whimsical desserts, these jelly bean flavors lend themselves to some interesting applications.
For example, instead of drowning pancakes in syrup, consider stacking pancakes with whipped cream and the blueberry maple pancake jelly beans. It might be a little sweeter and the texture might be more chewy, but it might be a fun concept. Also, consider adding some fresh blueberries to break up all the sweetness.
Or, the mimosa flavor might make for a fun garnish with a traditional mimosa. For example, use a cocktail skewer to stack the jelly beans with some fresh fruit for a pretty photo as well as a fun flavor enhancer.
Lastly, the Caramel Cold Brew flavor could be a swap for those espresso beans in an espresso martini. Who wouldn’t want a little treat waiting at the end of the night?
The new Brach’s Easter Brunch Jelly Beans will be available at various retailers. Check the brand’s product locator page for availability.
