Then the final two contestants battle to the crown when they are tasked with designing a menu for their kitchen and showing Chef Ramsay they have what it takes to be his head chef. Finally, after sixteen weeks of explosive meltdowns and explosive meals, one chef is crowned winner and the next head chef of Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas, securing $250,000 and finally achieving their American dream in the all new “And Then There Were Two / One Hell of An American Dream” two-hour season finale of Hell’s Kitchen airing Thursday, Jan. 25 (8:00 PM-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX."

After battling in the red and blue kitchens, these chefs rose to the top. From showing great leadership to impressing with creative flavors, Johnathan, Ryan, and Sammi have proven themselves worthy of the finale.

As they present their dream five course meal to determine which two chefs will compete in the final dinner service, that food gives insight into their culinary point of view. In some ways, it shows the knowledge and skill that they have obtained over their culinary career. While they have excelled in presenting Gordon Ramsay’s menu, they are now have their moment in the spotlight.

Although the prize might be becoming head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas, the reality is that predicting the odds on the winner is not easy. Even though these three chefs started the competition strong with high praise on their signature dishes, there have been bumps in the road. Anyone who has watched Hell’s Kitchen over the years appreciates that any chef who makes the finale is worthy of opening that door to the big prize.
