Hidden Valley Ranch puts its classic flavor on everyone’s lips

Whether a dip for chicken wings or a pairing for a simple crudité, Hidden Valley Ranch is always on the table. While there is always room for that tasty ranch dressing, a new food and beauty collaboration keeps that flavor on everyone’s lips. Ready for some lip-smacking Burt’s Bees and Hidden Valley Ranch lip balm?  

While food fashion collaborations are many, favorite flavors are going beyond the plate. Lotions, scrubs, and more take on sweet, fruity flavors. Some people even bathe in beer. Even though savory flavors might have found new ways to work their way into every meal, it is time to put those tangy tastes into another category.  

The new Hidden Valley Ranch and Burt’s Bees collaboration is a pack of four flavored lip balms. Available in Hidden Valley Ranch, Buffalo Sauce, Crunchy Celery, and Fresh Carrot, the flavors might make the craving for that tangy ranch even more heightened.

While this idea might have started as an April’s Fools joke, the lip balm stepped out of the social media realm and into the real world. Given that Hidden Valley Ranch has always embraced its position in the pop culture world, it could be the first of many. If people have happily hung HVR stockings at the holidays, infusing those ranch flavors into every part of their lives is a given.  

Looking at the four flavors, the fresh carrot would easily be a favorite for the skeptics. The sweet, classic vegetable flavor is quite approachable. The same is true with Crunchy Celery.  

The HVR flavor might be the choice that has people asking for a second stick. It should have a creamy, herb forward scent but hopefully the texture is as creamy as that classic ranch.
