It is time to wake up before September ends because Keurig announced a new Green Day American Idiot Brewer and bundle. With a freshly brewed cup of Punk Bunny Coffee, this new offering will have people smashing through their daily grind.

Although it seems like yesterday, Green Day’s iconic album, American Idiot, is turning 20. Those familiar songs have extended beyond the punk realm and have become part of the pop culture collective. It has even become a Broadway musical.

From the person who remembers playing that highly anticipated Dookie follow-up to  the music lover who never owned a CD, Green Day has legions of fans across generations. When the band launched its coffee brand, Punk Bunny Coffee, many people ran to brew that first cup.

In a recent announcement from Keurig, the coffee maker is releasing an American Idiot brewer and bundle. The limited-edition brewer features the well-known album heart grenade image as well as liner notes. The bold black and red design is eye popping, just like the on stage performances that made Green Day famous.

The special bundle includes the brewer, a special tumbler, and Punk Bunny Coffee. The specialty coffee appeals to many people, not just the band’s fans.

This Green Day offering comes after other collaborations with musicians. Many people will remember last year’s Rolling Stone offering. While that specialty brewer was highly coveted, it was the specialty coffee that had many people starting up their morning with the brew.

Kelsea Ballerini partnered with The Original Donut Shop on a specialty coffee. That vanilla coffee captures the sweetness, just like one of her songs.

These specialty music offerings are smart for the Keurig brand. While the new hybrid coffee brewer might be a kitchen essential game changer, the specialty branding is equally as important for the company. Resonating with a fan base creates a new customer. Who doesn’t want to sip on their favorite band’s coffee while listening to that album.

The new Keurig American Idiot Brewer and Bundle in collaboration with Green Day goes on sale August 20. It retails for $159.
