While losing an hour of sleep might not have people cheering in delight, Daylight Savings time can come with a silver lining. A few food and beverage companies are hoping to brighten the day with some great deals to make the event a little more bearable. Ready for a little boost to spring ahead?

Gopuff is kicking off the additional daylight with a Starbucks offering. Even though more than half of Americans will be a little extra tired on March 10, free coffee could get them to wipe the sleep from their eyes.

According to Gopuff, customers can add free 13.7 oz Starbucks Frappuccino Coffee to their Gopuff order, using the code SPRINGFORWARD. The special offer is available on Sunday, March 10 from 3:01 a.m. ET till 11:59 p.m. ET. For anyone who wants to spend a little extra time lounging, this deal might be the sweet solution.

International Delight wants to put its new flavor in everyone’s hands this week. From March 10-11, the food brand is collaborating with 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Strips stores to offer free International Delight Reese’s Iced Coffee Cans. The offer will be found in the 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards app.

Grubhub is partnering with Dunkin to offer free coffee. Instead of running to Dunkin, Grubhub will make that run for everyone. With orders of $20 or more, guests can get a free coffee up to $7. Why not splurge on that donut and breakfast sandwich. This offer is only available on March 10.

If coffee does not jumpstart the day, CVS and Grubhub have an assortment of Daylight Saving Essentials. Now through March 13, CVS orders of $20 or more can receive a free item from a select essentials group. Items include CELSIUS and Red Bull energy drinks, batteries, and more.

Planet Oat is offering a Better Reset on Monday, March 11. At select locations around the U.S., the plant-based food company will be offering free coffee and snacks to jumpstart the day.

These items are just a few of the many Daylight Savings Time food and beverage offers. A few freebies might not be a one-to-one swap for beauty sleep, but it can make the day a little sweeter.
