Taco Bell relaunches Big Cheez-It menu with an epic side dish
When the Taco Bell Cheez-It Tostada joined the menu, people ran for that first taste. Whether it was the extra cheesy flavor, the texture, or just the promise of some fun food, people skipped their regular order for something new. The Big Cheez-It menu is back and there’s something more waiting to spark some culinary creativity.
Taco Bell continues to innovate its food menu. From partnerships with brands like Cheez-It or Mountain Dew to bringing back fan favorite with a big splash, people are drawn to the quick service restaurant for the overall experience. There has always been value in that 10-taco pack, but it is something more than just keeping the food bill in the reasonable price range.
With the Big Cheez-It menu, guests are hungry for the food innovation. Bringing together the cheesy snack in a big way made for an engaging moment around the table. After people snapped those photos, it was time to dig into a taste that satisfied.
After the huge June launch, Taco Bell is making some bigger changes to the Big Cheez-It menu. Now guests can both have a signature food item and maybe create one of their own.
The menu consists of four items: Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, A la carte Big Cheez-it, Big Cheez-It Tostada, and The Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo. While everyone knows the Tostada, it is the changes to the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and the a la carte Big Cheez-It that are the game changers.
First, Taco Bell listened to its guests and revamped the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme. The new version has two Cheez-Its inside. The added crunch increase the overall eating satisfaction. Additionally, the cheesy flavor is more pronounced. To ensure that every bite has some cheesiness, this modification was needed.
Second, the addition of the a la carte Big Cheez-It is huge. While people appreciate a supersized offering, it is more than just a larger than life snack. It allows the guest to enjoy that cheesy flavor on a variety of dishes.
For example, why not break it up and put it on a taco or nachos. Even though it might not necessarily be a topping for that Baja Blast gelato, it allows guests to have some playfulness with their meal. Engaging a guest is vital to customer loyalty.
The Big Cheez-It menu returns on September 20. More announcements from Taco Bell appear to be on the horizon. What could be in store next? Everyone is hungry to find out more.
