Tipsy Scoop and Mi Campo Tequila churn a refreshing Sour Watermelon Margarita Sorbet

The summer weather is scorching, but the Sour Watermelon Margarita Sorbet is perfectly refreshing. The ultimate collaboration from Tipsy Scoop and Mi Campo Tequila has everyone grabbing their spoon and running to purchase another pint.

Yes, serving a few fresh watermelon pieces alongside or in a bowl with the sorbet is quite delicious. The contrasting textures and temperatures makes eating enjoyment enhanced. Even layering a scoop in between two pieces of watermelon for a “sandwich” is tasty.

Personally, a few pieces of coarse flake salt on top of a single scoop is perfect. Just like a little salt on the rim of a margarita or a sprinkling of salt on watermelon, that ingredient brings out the sweetness of the fruit flavor. Smoked salt works well, too.
