After a long day exploring the Wizarding World or exploring the various worlds across the various Universal Orlando theme parks, many guests want one thing, room service and relaxation in their bed. At Universal’s Stella Nova Resort, one room service change gives guests just what they need.

As the first resort associated with the highly anticipated Epic Universe opened to guests, people felt transported with the celestial design. Even though the Space Coast is a short drive across 528, this value resort captures the wonder and imagination in the galactic design.

Given that Epic Universe will transport theme park guests through portal to other worlds, the heavenly nods to stars and planets allows people to embrace the experience. The bustling entertainment district is just steps away, but this little enclave feels like a welcome respite on a long journey.

Similar to some of the other Loews properties across the Universal Orlando resort, the elements are designed to cater to guests. From quick meals to resting by the pool, the idea is to give people a respite from the theme parks while still offering an exciting experience.

Since theme park adventures often fill the resort guests’ day, many people return to their rooms tired and wanting a quick, satisfying bite while snuggling in their jammies. Stella Nova Resort has found a way to cater to that desire.

At Stella Nova Resort, the food menu includes a Late Night Pizza menu. Available from 5 p.m. till 12 a.m., the 10 inch, individual pizza are the perfect bite that satisfies that craving. Even the person who has drunk their weight in Butterbeer or indulged in the biggest burger can have hunger hit again just before their head hits the pillow.

The pizza options are: Margherita, Mediterranean, Classic Cheese, Hot Honey Chicken, and Biondi. Guests can add additional meats, pepperoni and sausage, to any pizza. The costs vary from $13.00-$15.50 before any additions.

While most of the pizzas are classics, the Hot Honey Chicken is definitely a game changer. The combination of the chicken, grilled corn, caramelized onions, hot chili oil drizzle, and garlic cream is all about bold flavors. It hits sweet, spicy, and savory.

The swap of a hot chili oil versus the uber popular hot honey is a smart choice. It adds a slight Asian slant which showcases that pizza can be found across food cultures.

The quick, easy meal available until midnight will be a welcome addition to the room service menu. Sometimes Aventura offered limited late-night pizzas in the lobby for guests coming back from Halloween Horror Nights. Personally, this hot, fresh slice was a welcome treat after screaming the night away.

Based on recent testing videos, guests will want to experience Epic Universe under the starry sky. Whether it is traversing Epic Racers in the darkness or hoping that the Universal Monsters are not lurking in the darkened shadows, many people may not want to spend precious time grabbing a late meal in the parks when a hot, fresh pizza can be ordered back at the resort.

The late night pizza menu is just one of many food options at Stella Nova Resort. The Universal Orlando property is open now. Other resorts, including Terra Luna Resort and Helios Grand Hotel will be opening soon. Epic Universe will open its portals on May 22, 2025.
