James Beard Award, celebrity chef Tony Mantuano brings authentic Italian cuisine to Disney Springs. The new Terrlina Crafted Italian restaurant is set to open this fall.

Disney Springs has turned into a major dining destination. Another celebrity chef, Tony Mantuano, joins the long list of notable chefs with the new restaurant, Terralina Crafted Italian. The new restaurant will replace the Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. This newest restaurant addition to the Disney destination reaffirms the diverse, elevated dining offerings.

Tony Mantuano is a James Beard Award, highly recognized chef. Food television fans may recognize him from appearances on Top Chef Masters and other cooking programs. Chicago residents know him as the driving force behind Spiaggia and River Roast.

The new Italian inspired restaurant in Orlando brings the authentic Italian heritage to the Disney dining and shopping destination. As the former restaurant undergoes a total makeover, the new Terralina Crafted Italian will focus on the kitchen. Like many homes, the kitchen will be the heart of the restaurant.
