"Three chefs remain, but only one can survive to face the Gauntlet. The Chairman’s Challenge narrows the field by forcing the chefs to adapt when they get to choose two difficult ingredients for their competitors to create one unified dish. Then, the two remaining chefs head to Kitchen Stadium for their last Secret Ingredient Showdown, and judges Iron Chef Cat Cora and Rocco DiSpirito decide who has the chops to enter the Gauntlet."

This episode sounds slightly harsh on the three remaining chefs. With one chef leaving after the Chairman’s Challenge, the pressure is definitely on these three chefs. This episode could be more about pressure versus adaptability.

The Chairman’s Challenge could be both strategy and luck for the chefs. Of course, choosing a difficult ingredient for a competitor is likely. Still, some chefs might just be lucky with the ingredient combinations.
Which chef do I think has a great chance at making the Gauntlet finale? My money is on Chef LeFerve. He has been both on the top and the bottom, which should help him cook under pressure. His biggest difficulty is time management. Still, his versatility could give him an advantage in this episode.
