At The Langham, Chicago, this year’s Mother’s Day celebration is awash in pretty pinks. Don’t let the subtle color fool you. This year’s brunch extravaganza is an over the top food celebration for mom. From a plentiful seafood station, featuring King Crab, to a craving station, featuring a sous vide Tomahawk Rib Eye Steaks, this brunch event is luxurious eating at its finest.

Shore Club’s Mother’s Day brunch is $45 for adults and children under 12 are $18. Cocktail specials are additional.

Dad isn’t the only one who enjoys fire-grilled meat. At River Roast, the Mother’s Day Chef Table will feature three-hand carved roasts for the celebration. Striploin, chicken and whole salmon gives mom a taste of everything. One side must try side is the carrots & dirt, carrots with goat cheese, pumpernickel and balsamic. This side pairs well with all the hand-carved meats.
