Everyone has superhero powers. Incredible egg recipes can unleash that inner Incredibles personality on your daily life. With the Incredibles 2 heading to theaters, the super hero family isn’t limited to just a movie. Thanks to the American Egg Board, everyone can channel their favorite Incredibles characters into their next protein packed meal.

Just in time for the release of the Incredibles 2, the American Egg Board created several egg recipes based on the Incredibles characters. While everyone has her favorite character, it doesn’t mean that your favorite character necessarily fits your food personality. Luckily, there is a quiz that can answer, “Which Disney·Pixar’s “Incredibles 2” Character are You Most Like?” With just few questions, you can discover your character and get a recipe based on that character.

Recently, I took the quiz and found out that I am most like Elastigirl. Sure, some people call me a super mom, so I guess that my character makes sense. Even more important, I love the recipe that goes along with my character. According to the American Egg Board, my character states “you don’t sit back and watch from the sidelines. Because you’re on top of your game, you like your eggs on top of stretchy zucchini noodles.”

The recipe is called Elastigirl’s Stretchy Zucchini Noodles. This recipe is healthy, satisfying and a little decadent. The recipe includes whole wheat pasta, vegetable noodles and a perfectly poached egg. A poached egg can make a decadent sauce that is tasty yet not high in calories. Plus, with all the vegetables in this recipe, I feel good about feeding it to my family.

Using a poached egg in a pasta dish provides a huge flavor boost. While my family loves pasta carbona, that recipe doesn’t have as many vegetables as I like in a recipe. This new Incredibles recipe offers similar flavors with a big boost of vegetables.

The whole Parr family, as well as Frozone and Edna Mode, have a recipe based on their personality. From egg yolk ravioli or even a smoothie, your family could have a new Incredible Egg recipe for days.

Personally, I can’t wait to try the egg yolk ravioli recipe with my kids. I’ve had a similar recipe in restaurants, but never thought that I could make it at home. With this recipe, and my kids help, I think that we all will enjoy making this dish.
