In this final episode of Best Baker in America Season 2, the bakers take on chocolate. Which baker will amaze the judges in this final episode of the season?
According to the Food Network, this week’s episode, Best Baker in America Season 2 finale, “Chocolate Crescendo” will feature the following.
"In the Skills Challenge, the three remaining bakers must create a perfect version of the glazed Austrian chocolate cake called sachertorte."
Looking at the Skills Challenge, Jean-Francois should have an easy time with this challenge. The classic, chocolate dessert, the sachertorte, is a dessert that he has probably made thousands of times. If Jean-Francois doesn’t do well in this challenge, he doesn’t deserve to win.

The Master Skills challenge should be an epic battle. While the synopsis doesn’t cover the exact details of the Master Skills challenge, the finale chocolate dessert should be something quite impressive. The dessert will probably have some chocolate decoration and possibly a multi-tiered cake. It will be the opportunity for the bakers to showcase all their talents.

In my opinion, the title is likely going to either Adam or Jean-Francois. While LaSheeda is a great baker, I don’t think that she can overtake the two male bakers. While anything can happen in the finale, I doubt that she can win.
Truthfully, my money (and a bet with my kids) is on Adam. Although he hasn’t been perfect, his desserts have continually impressed the judges. Many of the desserts balance complex flavors with modern decoration. That combination should propel him to victory.
Jean-Francois is the most honored baker in the competition. He has many accolades and his reputation is legendary. Given this competition, I think that the judges will lean toward the newer baker and award him the win.
