Do you watch Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back? The restaurant intervention show has built quite a fan base. Whether it is fans of the celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay, or it is people’s guilty pleasure, the food television show has seemed to resonate with fans. But, will fans get a new episode this week?
On Wednesday, August 1, FOX will show a repeat of the Brownstone Bistro. One of the more popular and poignant episodes, it seemed to show that a restaurant can make a viable turnaround. Could fans find a few more tasty tidbits from this episode?

Since the FOX show has done so well, a second season has been ordered. It will be interesting to see what type of restaurants will be featured in the second season. Could a fine dining restaurant be on the horizon?

Looking at the first group of restaurants, the majority of them have improved their businesses. But, these restaurants had a business model that could be improved. Getting an owner and his staff to care about a quality product and service is achievable. Can this show be more than that?
It would be nice to see the show tackle a total re-invention. For example, if the restaurant features Mexican food but the area is over-saturated in Mexican restaurants, why couldn’t it become a seasonal, fusion restaurant that features different flavors. Hopefully season will focus a little more on a more elaborate restaurant transformation. There are only so many rats in toasters that people want to see.
