The new Stacy’s Cheese Petites are a cheese and crackers fan’s dream come true. These small bites offer the bold, cheesy goodness in a simple snacking option. Whether you grab a few, a handful or create an elaborate cheese board, this new snack will become a staple in your pantry.
Recently, I had an opportunity to try the new Stacy’s Cheese Petites. With cheese as the first ingredient, I knew that it was going to satisfy my cheese craving. Additionally, the baked snack has six grams of protein, which makes me feel a little less guilty about that extra handful.

This new snack from Stacy’s comes in two flavors, Parmesan with Rosemary and Romano with Garlic and Pepper. The Parmesan with Rosemary immediately sparked my interest. Rosemary and cheese are a lovely combination. The herbaceous, earthy flavors of rosemary rounds out the parmesan.

While this snack is delightful on its own, I like to pair it with cheese. While I don’t stack the cheese on top of the cracker, it is part of a cheese board. I found that smoked Gouda or a manchego is a nice pairing for this particular cracker.
The Romano with Garlic and Pepper is actually even more flavorful when paired with a cheese on top of the cracker. The spiciness of the black pepper is complemented by certain cheeses. It offers a nice balance to a baby Swiss or even a soft brie.
Also, the Romano with Garlic and Pepper is a smart pairing with other items on a cheese board. Since our board usually aren’t just all cheese, this cracker is amazing with a prosciutto or even a salami (I would suggest a less spicy salami to not compete with the black pepper).

One of the reasons why I enjoyed these Stacy’s Cheese Petites crackers is because they provide a lovely balance to a cheese plate. Since a cheese plate needs balance, the flavorful crackers offer that pop of flavor. While a piece of baguette is always good on a cheese board, a more flavorful option can bring out the other nuanced cheese flavors.
Also, as a cheese lover, these cheese crackers satisfy my cheese cravings when a piece of cheese isn’t a possibility. With my busy schedule, sometimes bringing cheese isn’t conducive to the weather. These snacks from Stacy’s allows me to have the full, real cheese flavor in a convenient grab and go setting.
