Need another reason to visit KFC? Cinnabon Dessert Biscuits are coming to your local fast food restaurant and the mash-up is totally delicious.
Cinnabon Dessert Biscuits are coming to KFC. This newest limited time offer menu item is definitely a big addition to the popular fast food menu. As the brand looks to find new and innovative ways to push the flavor envelope, this dessert mash-up will definitely be a must try.
According to KFC, the new Cinnabon Dessert Biscuits take the traditional flaky, savory biscuit and give it a huge, cinnamon, sweet boost. By adding cinnamon brown sugar glaze, the sweet factor is heightened. With the signature Cinnabon cream cheese frosting, there is a slight tang flavor to offset the sweet.
The new menu item is sold $1 a biscuit or $3 for four biscuits. Too bad that there isn’t a larger option. Can anyone really eat just one biscuit?
Thinking about this sweet treat, it might be more than just a dessert option. Sure, these biscuits could be the perfect end to a fried chicken dinner. Still, couldn’t these biscuits become the newest sweet and savory combination that you never knew that you wanted?
Everyone loves chicken and waffles because of the combination of sweet and savory. Biscuits and chicken work together for the same reason. Maybe fried chicken and these sweet biscuits could be the next big food trend.
