Did you know it is Fannie May’s 100th anniversary? In honor momentous occasion, Fannie May Weekend marks the event with three days of special events, promotions and the love of all things about this iconic Chicago candy.

In 1920, H. Teller Archibald opened the first Fannie May retail store in Chicago. With the success of the first Buttercreams, the chocolate brand built on those tasty treats and has created some of the most popular candies on the market. From the iconic Pixies to the Mini Meltaways, Fanny May has been a leader in the chocolate industry.

Over the years, the brand continued to innovate and deliver what its candy fans crave. From in store tasting events to the premium bags available at select retailers, that iconic Chicago candy brand is always available when that craving hits.

To mark the 100th anniversary, Fannie May Weekend is a three day event, from June 26-28. For anyone who wants to get a taste of their favorite candy, like some Pixies, there are many special deals. From 10% off the entire store to 3 for $10 bundle for Premium Bags, there are numerous ways to save.

Also, 40 Fannie May stores offer UberEats. Now those tasty chocolate treats can be delivered straight to your door. A list of locations is available on the company’s website.

While people enjoy a bite of that iconic chocolate, Fannie May Weekend is offering special events online. For anyone who loves chocolate, these events are a great way to learn about chocolate recipes and chocolate itself.

On June 26, Master Chocolatier Elliott Callahan will host a live class on Fanny May’s Instagram account. At 10 a.m., Callahan will share all types of information on the world of chocolate as well as answer people’s questions.

If you know your Fannie May history, the Fannie May Family will be asking trivia questions on Saturday, June 27. Maybe that chocolate knowledge could earn you a sweet treat.

Lastly, on June 27 at 2 p.m. Elliott Callahan will be sharing a Fondue Recipe. If you have ever wanted to learn the secret to the perfect fondue, this Instagram event is a must.
