Since its inception in 2013, Negroni Week has been a way for the hospitality industry to raise money and awareness for various charities. Participating restaurants had created special themed cocktails that had people toasting for a purpose. From the annual event, the program has raised over $3 million for charities across 70 countries.
This year’s celebration takes a different turn. The money raised this year will go directly back to the hospitality industry. From an online donation platform to Negroni kits and merchandise, these items will benefit organizations that help hospitality workers.

To get everyone in the mood for a Negroni, Campari has shared its classic recipe. Considered the second most popular cocktail in the world, this libation is always in fashion.
Classic Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 part Campari
- 1 part Sweet Red Vermouth (Campari recommends 1757 Vermouth di Torino)
- 1 part Gin (Campari recommends BULLDOG Gin).
Method:
- Pour all ingredients directly into a rocks glass filled with ice
- Stir gently
- Garnish with an orange slice
