Chili’s October Marg of the Month brings a little spooky to the glass.

Just because trick or treating looks different doesn’t mean that Chili’s October Marg of the Month can’t bring a little spooky fun to the table. The Spider Bite ‘Rita just might bite you back.

While a classic Chili’s Margarita is an iconic cocktail, the monthly margaritas are a reason to make a special trip to enjoy another cocktail. For October, Chili’s is shaking up a little spooky treat. Just remember to look before you sip.

The Spider Bite ‘Rita is made with “Cointreau, Lunazal Blanco tequila, our fresh sour and blackberry syrup.” While that flavor combination is enticing, it comes with a special garnish, a fake spider. Just don’t drink the spider.

The vibrant color is perfect for October. The touch of blackberry offers a sip of sweetness to the classic margarita flavors.

It is good that the spider is just a garnish. While some cocktails might have “crushed” special salt on the rim for Halloween, some people are not quite ready for that type of extreme drinking.

The Chili’s October Marg of the Month is just $5 all October long. Whether you enjoy one with some baby back ribs, a hamburger or maybe some fajitas, the margarita goes with almost anything.

While you are sipping on that margarita, show your creative side and give back to a worthy cause. The annual Create-A-Pepper is back. From October 1 through November 6, guests can color a pepper. The $1 donation will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. If you cannot visit a local restaurant, Create-A-Pepper is also available online.

October is set to be spooky and sweet. From the new Spider Bite ‘Rita to the return of Create-A-Pepper, it is the perfect time to enjoy a meal at Chili’s.
