Oktoberfest celebrations just got easier with Snyder’s Pretzel Keg.

Get your lederhosen ready because the Snyder’s Pretzel Keg could be the hit of your Oktoberfest celebrations. By combining the two classic Oktoberfest food items into one convenient container, everyone will be ready to celebrate the German tradition. Is your stein ready?

While not everyone will have the opportunity to visit the traditional Oktoberfest celebration in Munich, the food and beer traditions can travel far beyond that country. One of those traditions is beer and pretzels.

Pretzels have long been served with beer, not just during Oktoberfest. Both soft and hard pretzels can be the perfect pair to almost any beer. It could be the snack that helps to balance all the beer drinking or it could be the snack that makes you a little thirsty. No matter the reason, all those pretzels will get eaten.

This year, the Snyder’s Pretzel Keg makes combining pretzels and beer even easier. Snyder’s of Hanover partnered with Captain Lawrence Brewing Co for an easy way to celebrate Oktoberfest. The limited edition, custom keg is the ultimate celebratory accessory.

Each keg features a 27 oz canister or Snyder’s of Hanover Baked Pretzel Rods and a 5-liter keg of Captain Lawrence’s Marzen Style Lager. The special keg will be available online starting, October 7 at 2 p.m. EST. It will be available for $49.99 while supplies last. Also, it can be purchased at Captain Lawrence’s taproom, which is located in Elmsford, New York (while supplies last).

If you don’t get a special Snyder’s Pretzel Keg, you can make a pretzel necklace to enjoy with your Oktoberfest beer. The Snyder’s of Hanover Mini pretzels work best. Simple string the pretzels on a ribbon or even some twine. This “edible necklace” is the perfect beer pairing.

Creating an Oktoberefest at home celebration is easy. Even if you don’t host a stein hoisting competition, have pounds of sausages or the perfect lederhosen to wear, the best part of an Oktoberfest celebration is enjoying the moment. From family to even a virtual celebration across the miles, just take a moment to raise a stein to good times, good friends and more celebrations in the future.
