There are plenty of March Madness deals for foodies during the 2021 NCAA Tournament as things slowly return to something like a pre-pandemic normality.

Since both the casual and diehard sports fans are tuned into the basketball action all weekend long, there are occasional meal and snack breaks that are necessary, and so it’s no surprise that advertisers will put a little extra effort into their commercials, as Leslie Jones stars in a new Uber Eats ad and Coca-Cola features mythological creatures in their newest spot.

For more coverage of the actual tournament action for both men and women, be sure to check out our FanSided Network sister sites Busting Brackets and High Post Hoops for the latest updates and game breakdowns.

All games will be played in Indiana, mostly around the Indianapolis area, due to COVID-19, and some upsets may occur due to forfeits if an outbreak occurs.

While there are nearly as many March Madness deals as there are teams playing in the tournament, we’ll just cover some of the highlights here.

March Madness deals means foodies could score big on savings and flavor.

The March Madness deals begin with Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, which is giving away a free bucket of Pretzel Nuggets or Mini Pretzel Dogs for every basket scored during the entire 2021 NCAA Tournament for Pretzel Perks reward members.

They also are offering Free Throw Bucket Specials of any variety of Pretzel Nuggets along with two medium Coke products for around $21.99, or the 3-Pointer Special, which is a bucket each of Pretzel Nuggets, Cinnamon Swirl Pretzel Nuggets and Mini Pretzel Dogs for around $54.99 – pricing may vary depending on location.

Additionally, ordering through the Auntie Anne’s app on select days (March 18-22, March 27-30 and April 3-5) will get free delivery.

While Applebee’s isn’t the first thought when it comes to a sports bar setting, they have a dozen shrimp added for just $1 with purchase of a steak entree in-person, online or in their app, or five boneless wings for $1 with any burger purchase.

The Family Fill-Up is a great deal from if your team is hankering after some KFC fried chicken – it offers two each of drumsticks, thighs, breasts and wings, along with two large mashed potatoes with brown gravy, one large coleslaw and four biscuits for just $20.

Jack in the Box is partnering with DoorDash to offer the Classic Munchies Box, which has four tacos, a large order of curly fries, an 8-piece onion rings and a 7-piece jalapeno poppers. This deal is available until April 5.

And there are plenty of March Madness deals on pizza out there as well, if that’s more your thing – Pizza Hut has a three-topping (your choice) Tastemaker pizza available for $10, Papa John’s has their Epic Stuffed Crust for $12, and Brixx Wood-Fired Pizza has 20 wings available for $20.

And, of course, some dessert is nice for a touch of sweetness after a meal, which is where a Reese’s may come in handy or some tasty Coca-Cola to wash everything down with.

Good luck to your favorite team, and good luck in your bracket pool!
