SeaWorld Craft Beer Festival Dinner Series is a brewing good time

It is time to raise a stein and enjoy the SeaWorld Craft Beer Festival Dinner Series. Part of the craft beer festival, these special dinners will be a must book for the Cerevisaphile and the hoppy newbie. While the feast will be delicious, the knowledge on beer and food pairings will make this event memorable.

Returning for another year is the SeaWorld Craft Beer Festival. Running on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from August 13 through September 12, the event will feature over 100 “craft brews, wines, seltzers and cocktails.” In addition to the beverages, the festival will feature a wide array of food choices. Many menu items will be paired to particular beverages.

While many people will come for the beer, there are some new food menu items that will be a must try. From poppable bites like Beer Battered Popcorn Rock Shrimp paired with Kraft Heinz Four Pepper Ranch and Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites to heartier dishes like Beer & Cheese Stuffed Beef Sliders with Pickled Mayo and Ale BBQ Sauce and Smoked Brisket Kraft Heinz Creamy White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese, the tasting menu sounds more like a hearty dinner.

One of the most interesting new menu items is the Stout Glazed Tuna Lollipop with Daikon & Wakami Slaw and Wasabi Aioli. A stout glazed tuna might be the new food trend that arrives on more menus.

While the festival will allow guess to sample a wide range of brews and food, the specialty Craft Beer Festival Dinner Series offers a more in-depth discussion of food and beverage pairings. Throughout the four-course dinner, guests will learn about the beer and spirits and how they enhance the flavors of a dish. From the welcome reception to the dessert course, lively discussions will be brewing.
