Unveiling the newest beverage in its specialty line, the Coca-Cola Creations K-Wave Zero Sugar strikes a chord with music and pop culture fans. While the beat might get people moving, the flavor will make them thirsty for more.

The Coca-Cola Creations line has pushed the creativity conversation with each new offering. From a celestial offering to pixelated world, the beverage brand appreciates that seeing how refreshment fits into people’s passions is vital to pushing the conversation forward.

With the new Coca-Cola Creations K-Wave Zero Sugar, the beverage steps into the colorful fandom of K-Pop. All reaches of the globe is drawn to the infectious beats and bold fashion choices.

Speaking to this new beverage offering, Jung Hyun Kwon, Category Lead for Japan and Korea at The Coca-Cola Company said, "Immersing fans in the vibrant world of K-Pop, Coca-Cola K-Wave Zero Sugar is a celebration of shared passions from all over the world. By collaborating with some of the biggest names in K-Pop culture, Coca-Cola K-Wave Zero Sugar is bringing fans together through innovative experiences that bring to life their special and unique devotion for their favorite artists, and the powerful impact that K-Pop has on culture."

Although Coca-Cola did not necessarily describe the specifics of the new flavor, it is said to be a blend of the classic Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and a “dash of fruity K-Pop magic.” It appears that the flavor would be a touch sweet. At the same time, the fruity notes should not overpower the classic cola flavor.

It is interesting that Coca-Cola continues to push fruit forward flavors. The new Coca-Cola Spice has that warmth, but the raspberry flavor is front and center. In some ways, it seems that fruit flavors are what consumers are craving. Whether it is a sense of indulgence or just preferring a touch of sweetness, the beverage trend continues to thrive.

Given that the Coca-Cola Creations line celebrates the intersection of refreshment and culture, it will be interesting to see where the brand heads next. While music has flavored his collaboration, as well as previous offerings, like the Marshmello beverage collaboration, could it be time to step beyond the stage? Would the sports arena? Esports might be a prime target or maybe it is time to consider a fashion concept. No matter where the Creations line goes next, it will have people excited to try the first taste.

The Coca-Cola K-Wave Zero Sugar will be available around the globe. Markets include United States, Spain, Singapore, South Korea and more. In addition, a frozen option will be available in select markets.
