Specifically at the Loews in Chicago, the hotel has partnered with Revolution Brewing on an exclusive beer. Zephyr, available at Loews Chicago Hotel, is a golden ale. Similar to the award winning Cross of Gold, Zephyr is a mild, crisp beer with a delicate hoppy finish. The specialty beer offers foodie guests the chance to taste one of Chicago’s best breweries.
Also, Loews Chicago will feature locally harvested honey from Chicago Honey Co-op in cocktails and honey-infused spa treatments. Local produce is showcased in the cold pressed juices from Here.
