Did you know that there is Royal Wedding candy? When a Royal Wedding occurs, many people sit in rapt attention. What will the bride wear, who will attend and, of course, what will they eat. Since our invitation was lost in the mail, we will be watching all the festivities at home. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a special treat. Although, we have to win it.

PEZ did a similar event when Prince William and Catherine wed. The charity auction was so popular that PEZ decided to do the promotion again for this Royal Wedding. It will be interesting to see how much money will be raised for charity.

For many people, PEZ isn’t necessarily about the sweet candy itself. The PEZ dispensers have almost a cult-like following. The first PEZ character was a Halloween Witch and Popeye was the first licensed character. From movie characters to famous people, PEZ collecting became popular in the 1990s. Even a Seinfield episode featured PEZ candy.

It is said that “PEZ is the candy with character.” This candy isn’t the iconic candy without the infamous dispenser. The brand shows that fandoms, all types of fandoms, are drawn to the characters that they love.
