Udderly crazy, dress like a cow for free Chick-fil-A
Got your cow outfit ready? It’s the annual Chick-fil-A Customer Appreciation Day and all “cows” get some free food. It’s udderly crazy.
Sometimes a little creativity, or dressing like a cow, can get you a free meal. Today is Chick-fil-A Customer Appreciation Day. Anyone who visits a local Chick-fil-A dressed like a “cow” can get a free food. But, you might need a large dose of patience for this promotion.
The annual Customer Appreciation Day is a huge deal to this brand. The Southern style chicken sandwich is considered one of the most popular fast food options. Even on a normal day, the lines are very long. There is something so delicious about that simple fried chicken sandwich. There must be something in that peanut oil that makes people crave it.

Even though the fast food giant is extremely popular, the company hasn’t stayed stagnant. Every couple of months, the brand launches a few food option. From the addition of breakfast items to the ever popular frozen treats, the company seems to always find a new way to entice its loyal fan base.
Beyond the yummy chicken, Chick-fil-A shows a commitment to its principles. For example, the restaurants are always closed on Sundays. Some locations offer free ice cream if you put away your smart phone while eating. Kids’ meals come with books to promote reading.

For many people, this fast food chain is more than just a food provider. Sure, people are obsessed with the fried chicken, but many people are connected to the brand. Even with the long lines and waits, people will wait that 30 minutes at lunch for their beloved Southern style chicken sandwich. They want to support the brand implicitly.
Today, many people will head to their local restaurant dressed like a cow for free food. Sure, it is fun to get udderly crazy for free food. But, the key question behind this promotion is how many people will come back tomorrow, this weekend or next month. My presumption is that people will return time and time again.

Are you dressing up like a cow for Chick-fil-A customer appreciation day? I won’t be going today. Not because I don’t enjoy these delicious Southern style chicken sandwiches. I’m not going because I don’t want to deal with the larger than normal crowds.
