Harry Potter fans flock to Hubbard Inn’s 13 Days of Wizardry
Hubbard Inn has transformed into a Harry Potter world of magic and mystery but only for a wonderful 13 days.
For the witching season, Hubbard Inn has become the must visit destination for Harry Potter fans. From Friday, October 19 through Wednesday, October 31, the favorite Chicago hotspot has been transformed into the magnificent world of the iconic wizard Harry Potter.
While Universal might be home to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, this Chicago restaurant incarnation borrows inspiration from the favorite magical books. Throughout the 13 day run, each night will feature a special event inspired by characters, scenes and other magical events. Harry Potter fans will want to experience at least one of these special events.
Even though Harry Potter fans would surely want to experience the entire 13 days, it may not be possible to experience it all. If you have to choose, here are a few recommendations for this wizardry wonderland.

1. Dinner in the Great Hall – October 25
Are you ready for the feast of feasts? Channel you hungriest appetite for this gran dinner. This three course dinner with cocktails will feature dishes inspired by many iconic Harry Potter foods. Expect creations like a Butter Beer Cheese Soup or Scotch “Dragon” Egg with a fiery curry sauce. Of course, don’t forget the Treacle Tart for dessert. Tickets are $75 or $140 per couple.

2. Potions Mixology Class – October 29
Ready to whip up a delicious libation or potion? This class will teach guests how to mix up some Leaky Cauldron inspired cocktails. The class costs $40 per person and includes three cocktails paired with appetizers.
3. Welcome to Hogwarts – October 19 and 20
Ready to kick off the entire wizardry experience? As you explore the Harry Potter themed décor, sip on a variety of themed cocktails. Options include cocktails based on the four houses and the Goblet of Fire. For the more daring, potion shots, like Polyjuice Poition, Woldsbane Potion and Azkaban Escape will be available.
