What to do with all that candy?
While the kids love all the trick or treating fun, those mountainous piles of candy can be too much. Since candy does expire, what other options can you do with all that candy? Of course, your co-workers will always want to bring a bag or two into the office. But, there are other options.
For adults, some of those candies can add flavor to your favorite cocktail. Or, the chocolate pieces can become the base for your favorite coffee beverage. Additionally, you can bake with that candy.
A thoughtful idea would be to donate some of the candy. Check with your local community for donation options. Food waste is already overwhelming. Why not avoid stale candy being thrown into the trash.
