Culture Republick probiotic ice cream, all the deliciousness, less guilt
Probiotic ice cream isn’t a dessert fantasy. Culture Republick has created delicious, creative flavors that make you feel good about indulging in ice cream.
Probiotic ice cream isn’t just a creative term used to entice you to eat another pint of frozen goodness. In the case of Culture Republick, the brand lives by a simple ideal, support culture both inside and out. While that statement might be a little out of the box, one taste of this premium ice cream and you will be ready to throw the box out completely.
Culture Republick is a new brand of ice cream that uses live probiotic cultures in the ice cream. As many consumers have seen, probiotics have been a huge food trend. Consumers are looking for products that can benefit good gut health. The idea behind many of these products is for people to find good balance in the foods that they eat as well as in their overall health.
Specifically, Culture Republick is the first premium light ice cream brand with probiotics. Available in seven unique flavors, this ice cream looks to push the envelope not just with its ingredients but also with its flavor combinations. Don’t expect to get a bowl of plain, boring vanilla.
Culture Republick, Tumeric Chai Cinnamon, probiotic ice cream
Recently, I had the opportunity to try a few of the Culture Republick flavors and I was quite impressed. First, I will admit that I am an adventurous eater. I prefer big, bold flavor combinations and I’m always willing to eat outside of the traditional. This brand appealed to my sense of flavor adventure.
My personal favorite flavor has been the turmeric chai and cinnamon. First, the bright, bold color instantly is a feast for the eyes. I had never thought to include turmeric in an ice cream, thinking that the flavor wouldn’t find balance. With the chai and cinnamon, the flavors offer a punch without becoming overpowering.

My enjoyable in the turmeric chai and cinnamon is the swirl. The cinnamon is spicy yet with a dash of sweet. When one of those swirls sneaks into your spoon, your taste buds spark to life. While the brand says that this flavor is oddly addictive, I think that it is an absolute home run.
An equally bold, yet amazing flavor choice is the matcha and fudge. While first appearance conjures the idea of a mint ice cream, this tea offers the subtly of green tea with a little whimsy. The fudge swirl is the perfect counterpoint to the green tea. Never too sweet, it offers a satisication in a heaping spoonful.
For a more approachable flavor, I would recommend the milk and honey. This honey adds depth to the classic sweet cream ice cream. With a hint of floral, the ice cream avoids becoming overly sweet. It is a lovely alternative to a traditional vanilla ice cream.
In addition to the good for you aspect from the probiotics, Culture Republick looks to give back with each pint. The culture doesn’t stop with the ice cream in the container. The container represents designs by emerging artists. Along with the artist’s design, each container is signed and shares information about the artist.
Even more impressive, 10 percent of the brand’s profits will support the arts in local communities. It definitely adheres to the brand’s mission to support culture both inside and out.
Culture Republick probiotic ice cream is available at select retailers. Each pint costs between $3.99 and $4.99.
