The first day of the Treasure Coast Bacon Fest was held on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at Riverside Park in Vero Beach. It included interactive bacon games, live entertainment, a children's fun zone, vendors and a variety of bacon-infused drinks and food. Popular items included included bacon-wrapped scallops, bacon and jalapeño macaroni and cheese, bacon cheese fries, chocolate-covered bacon strips in maple ice cream, bacon and cheese kettle corn and bacon Bloody Marys.
